The Person Behind Better Projects Faster
Karsten Silz grew up in East Germany behind the Iron Curtain. He wrote his first BASIC program in 1984 — and has been hooked on programming ever since.
After graduating in computer science from TU Dresden in 1996, nearly three decades of software development followed — in five European countries and the USA, as an employee, as a freelancer, and twice as co-founder and CTO. He has lived and worked in Stuttgart, Germany, since June 2024.
With Better Projects Faster GmbH, founded in September 2024, he bundles his offering: analysis, consulting, and Java development for enterprise projects.
